The Terre Haute German Oberlandler Club, Inc. is a non profit social organization that strives to preserve and perpetuate the customs, traditions, language costumes, and music of our German heritage. The Club prides itself on sharing this heritage with the general public through it’s Strassenfest, Oktoberfest, and many other activities. Recognizing that education is the key to preservation, we enjoy sharing our knowledge of German traditions through public and private social gatherings. We are always looking for people interested in our traditions. If you have the desire and the commitment to participate in our Club we are looking for loyal and dedicated ladies and gentlemen and talented young people. Application for membership is open to all persons of good character, 21 years of age or older, of German descent, who are willing to support the Club’s objectives, attend meetings and activities punctually, and actively participate in the various Club festivals and functions. If you think you might be interested in membership, we encourage you to contact us through the e-mail address found at the end of this site.
